Private George Fletcher (4918522) served with 7th Battalion South Staffordshire Regiment during World War Two. He was the son of Joseph Fletcher and Eugenie Fletcher of Walsall, Staffordshire.
He died on 17th December 1942. At the time, 7th Battalion South Staffordshire Regiment was a territorial unit, part of 176th Brigade.
