Leading Aircraftman John G Hutchinson of Banbridge, Co. Down served with No. 35 Service Flying Training School in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Leading Aircraftman John G Hutchinson (1051676) served in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve during World War Two. Known as Jack, he was the second son of John Hutchinson and Sarah Hutchinson of Banbridge, Co. Down.

Jack died on 6th November 1943 aged 22 years old. Canada War Graves Registers states that Hutchinson was found in a car near his air base in Canada with a gunshot wound. The Belfast Newsletter on Wednesday 10th November 1943, refers to a motoring accident. At the time, he was at No. 35 Service Flying Training School at North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada.
