Corporal Samuel Allan (521623) served with the Royal Air Force during World War Two. He was the son of Samuel Allan and Annie Allan of Cullybackey Road, Ballymena, Co. Antrim.

He died on 9th November 1942 aged 28 years old while a prisoner of war in South East Asia. His capture took place on 20th March 1942.

Samuel Allen has no known grave. His name is on Column 426 of the Singapore Memorial.
