Driver Thomas Harold Erwin (T/160200) served in the Royal Army Service Corps during World War Two. Born on 9th May 1915, he was the son of Andrew Erwin and Mary Erwin (née Scott) of 37 Park Street, Ballymena, Co. Antrim.

Andrew and Mary also had a daughter Edith Caroline Erwin, born in 1908, died in 1920.

Thomas died on 8th November 1941 aged 26 years old. Records relating to his Last Will and Testament give his place of death as Dingwall, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland. Effects of £112 6s were left to his father contractor Andrew Erwin.

Thomas Harold Erwin’s grave is in Section A, Row 27, Grave 9 of Ballymena New Cemetery, Ballymena, Co. Antrim.
