Visit to an Anti-Aircraft Gun Battery
On 24th September 1941, several members of the Auxiliary Territorial Service paid a visit to an Anti-Aircraft Gun Battery in Northern Ireland. Their role often involves communicating with such batteries and visits such as this enable them to see the guns at work.

ATS "Red Caps" in Northern Ireland
On 4th February 1943, War Office Photographer Lieutenant Bainbridge captured a series of images. In them, we see some of the many activities of the Auxiliary Territorial Service Military Police in Northern Ireland.
ATS Vehicle Maintenance in Ulster
On 18th March 1943, Lieutenant Bainbridge captured a series of photographs of members of the Auxiliary Territorial Service. In them, the women receive training at a Vehicle Maintenance School in Northern Ireland.

ATS Band at Belfast City Hall
On 21st May 1943, the Band of the Auxiliary Territorial Service made their first visit to Belfast, Co. Antrim. Lord Mayor Sir Crawford McCullagh welcome them to the City Hall where the entertained a large crowd.
