Royal Engineers training near Ballyclare, Co. Antrim

On 28th October 1942, 82nd Chemical Warfare Company, 6th Chemical Warfare Group, Royal Engineers conducted a weapon firing demonstration. Photographs from the Imperial War Museum give the location as near Ballyclare, Co. Antrim. Item "H 24994" gives a more precise location of Shillanavogy Road, which is north of Glenwherry, Co. Antrim.
