Bessbrook Orange Hall in Co. Armagh was home to US Army troops in 1944 before they embarked on their journey leading to Normandy, France.
Other British and American troops had bases at Bessbrook Town Hall, Bessbrook Technical School, Derrymore House and Mount Caulfield House.
