George Johnston

Though born in Ballymena, Co. Antrim, Private George Johnston served in the Royal Canadian Infantry Corps at his time of death in Sicily on 2nd August 1943.

John Nicholson

Chief Steward

Chief Steward John Nicholson served in the Royal Navy on patrols on H.M.S. Campania. He died on 2nd August 1944. His grave is in Belfast City Cemetery.

Rex Samuel Wilson

Sub-Lieutenant Rex Samuel Wilson of New Zealand died on 2nd August 1945 while serving in Fleet Air Arm 891 Squadron based at Eglinton, Co. Londonderry.
