Sergeant West Stewart Mason (1480500) served in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve during the Second World War. Born on 19th March 1916, he was the second son of John Stewart Mason and Isabella Mason (née Bailey) of 36 Candahar Street, Belfast.
West died on 15th October 1942 aged 26 years old. He was an Air Gunner on Handley-Page Halifax W1213 with R.A.F. 103 Squadron.
