Private Eric George Hudson (5112598) served in 1st Battalion Somerset Light Infantry during World War Two. He was the son of Alfred Hudson and Annie Hudson (née Jackson) of Tuttle Hill, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

Eric married Ellen Elizabeth “Cissie” Holland of Ballyalton, Co. Down. He died in Burma on 29th February 1944 aged 24 years old. Eric George Hudson has no known grave. His name is on Face 7 of the Rangoon Memorial, Myanmar.
