Stoker 2nd Class Felix O'Neill served at the Royal Naval base HMS Caroline in Belfast when he drowned on 14th May 1942.

Stoker 2nd Class Felix O'Neill (D/KX 152186) served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War. He was the son of Felix O'Neill and Jessie O'Neill (née Hagan) of Liverpool, Lancashire.

He died on 14th May 1942 aged 20 years old. The cause of death was drowning. At the time, Felix served at HMS Caroline in Belfast.

Felix O’Neill’s grave is in Glenalina Extension, Section D, Grave 19 of Belfast City Cemetery, Belfast, Co. Antrim. His headstone bears the inscription:
