Private Frank Conlon (5122102) served in 1st Battalion Royal Norfolk Regiment during the Second World War. Born Francis Conlon, he was the son of Daniel Conlon and Jane Conlon (née Lavery) of 33 Roy Street, Belfast.

Frank was the husband of Ellen Conlon of Belfast, and the father of Marie Dorothy Conlon and Margaret Ellen Conlon. The Royal Norfolk Regiment Roll of Honour lists Conlon as hailing from Birmingham, West Midlands, England.
