Private Jame Carlisle (7009586) served in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps during the Second World War. He was the son of Ellen Carlisle, and husband of Kathleen Carlisle.
James Carlisle died on 22nd July 1944 aged 37 years old. His grave is in Section I, Grave 19 of the Church of the Holy Evangelists Cemetery, Carnmoney, Co. Antrim. His headstone bears the inscription:
