Rifleman James Dugan (6981147) served in 10th Battalion Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) during the Second World War. He was the son of Martha Dugan of 24 Arkwright Street, Belfast.
James Dugan died on 15th June 1940 at a military hospital on Harwich, Essex. His grave is in Section AC, Grave 80 of Carnmoney Cemetery, Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim. His headstone bears the inscription:
In God’s own time we will meet again.
