Lance Bombardier Moses Charles Frazer (1116622) served in 61st (Denbighshire Yeomanry) Medium Regiment, Royal Artillery during the Second World War. He was the son of John Fitzgerald Frazer and Elizabeth Kathleen Frazer of Killylea, Co. Armagh.

Moses Charles Frazer died on 29th July 1944 aged 20 years old. His grave is in Section V, Row L, Grave 7 of La Délivrande War Cemetery, Douvres, Normandy, France. His headstone bears the inscription:
