Private Robert Spence (7018821) served in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps during the Second World War. He was the son of Joseph Spence and Jane Spence of Belfast, and the husband of Hester Kane Spence of 1 Clonallen Street, Belfast.
Robert died on 24th September 1942 aged 44 years old. His registered place of death was Massereene Hospital, Antrim, Co. Antrim.
Robert Spence’s grave is in Section F5, Grave 5 of Dundonald Cemetery, Dundonald, Co. Down. His headstone bears the inscription:
