Rifleman Samuel Lomond McNabb (14409823) served in 1st Battalion London Irish Rifles, Royal Ulster Rifles during the Second World War. He was the son of Alexander McNabb and Margaret McNabb of Ballymoney, Co. Antrim.
Samuel Lomond McNabb died on 10th September 1944 aged 21 years old. His grave is in Section II, Row E, Grave 67 of Gradara War Cemetery, Italy. His headstone bears the inscription:
In memory of our darling son and beloved brother. His young life he nobly gave.
