Rifleman Samuel Quigley Haslett of Dungiven, Co. Londonderry served in 2nd Battalion Royal Ulster Rifles during the British Expeditionary Force's time in Belgium in 1940.

Rifleman Samuel Quigley Haslett (7011727) served in 2nd Battalion Royal Ulster Rifles during the Second World War. He was the son of Ralph Haslett and Elizabeth Haslett of Dungiven, Co. Londonderry.

He died on 29th May 1940 aged 26 years old. At the time, 2nd Battalion Royal Ulster Rifles was part of the British Expeditionary Force rear-guard on the way to Dunkirk.

Samuel Quigley Haslett’s grave is in Grave 6 of Woesten Churchyard, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
