Driver Sydney Spence (T/5334829) served in the Royal Army Service Corps during the Second World War. He was the son of Andrew Spence and Mary Ann Spence of Belfast, and husband of Sarah Spence (née Hicks) of Belfast.
Sydney Spence died on 28th August 1947 aged 31 years old. His grave is in Section F6, Grave 571 of Dundonald Cemetery, Dundonald, Co. Down. His headstone bears the inscription:
